We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Because many items are handcrafted and made in limited runs, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly using the contact information provided below. We reserve the right to determine appropriate remedies, including repair, replacement, or refund, where applicable.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by law.

Our products are designed for durability and wear, but proper care and responsible use are required. Leather goods will naturally age and change over time with use and exposure.
