The Great Northern Armory produces handcrafted leather goods in limited quantities. Shipping timelines and practices reflect the care, inspection, and preparation required to deliver work that meets our standards.

Please review this policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is received and verified.

Because many items are handcrafted or produced in limited runs:

    • Processing times may vary by product

    • Estimated fulfillment timelines are provided on product pages where applicable

Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Once an order enters production or final preparation, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using reputable carriers selected based on destination, package size, and reliability.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Package size and weight

    • Shipping destination

    • Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may be limited and is subject to change.

For international orders:

    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

    • Delivery times may vary significantly depending on customs processing

The Great Northern Armory is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ship orders within stated timelines, delays may occur due to:

    • Carrier issues

    • Weather events

    • Customs processing

    • Supply or production considerations

The Great Northern Armory is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is:

    • Lost in transit: Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

    • Damaged during shipping: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

We will assist with carrier claims where possible, but replacement or refund decisions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be recoverable. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
